I started a customer service course yesterday the first day was okay i was tired but i got on with the work the group exercises & answering questions, i did make the whole class laugh with the first words out of my mouth

"what do you do if there is a fire?" and what do i reply "run out of the building!" haha i amuse myself

nothing really exciting happens in my life but i'm bored so I thought I would do an update :-)

on the 12th june I start a customer service course for a week, there is an exam at the end haha i'm so going to fail it
